SMS Terms & Consent

BoostyBear provides an SMS/MMS review-request messaging program on behalf of local business clients ("Business Clients"). This page describes the program and how consent is obtained.

How Consent Is Obtained

By providing your phone number to a BoostyBear Business Client (for example, at the time of booking, check-in, or payment for services), you agree to receive one (1) personalized SMS/MMS text message from that business after your visit, requesting that you leave a review. This message is sent on behalf of the Business Client using the BoostyBear platform. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

Program Details

Opt-Out

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message at any time to stop receiving future messages. You will receive one final confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from BoostyBear messages. Reply START to resubscribe."

Help

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance. You will receive the message: "BoostyBear sends review requests on behalf of local businesses. Reply STOP to opt out."

Example Message

A typical message looks like this: "Hi [First Name]! It's the team at [Business Name] — thanks so much for coming in. If you have 30 seconds, we'd really appreciate a quick Google review: [review link]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply."
