These Terms govern use of BoostyBear's review-request messaging service, provided to local business clients ("Business Clients") and, by extension, their customers who receive messages ("Recipients").
BoostyBear sends a personalized text message to a Business Client's customer shortly after a completed visit or service, thanking them and requesting a Google (or other platform) review. Business Clients provide the underlying contact information and confirm they have a proper basis to text those contacts.
Business Clients represent that they have obtained appropriate consent from their customers to be contacted, and that the contact information provided to BoostyBear was collected lawfully and in connection with an existing customer relationship.
The service may not be used to send unsolicited marketing, unrelated promotional content, or messages to individuals who have not established a customer relationship with the Business Client.
BoostyBear provides this service on an as-is basis and is not responsible for a Recipient's decision to leave, or not leave, a review, nor for the content of any review submitted.
These Terms may be updated periodically; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
